The staff were helpful with my mobility needs. The room facilities suited me well. super cosmetics were available for my use. i also loved the view from the dining areas.

the shower didn't work perfectly. but i made do.

charmed by the seaside charm!

helpful staff amazing location gorgeous view

I found the staff helpful and cute. They really went the extra mile! the location is amazing, right at the top end of a famous beach. it has an gorgeous view from the front. I especially appreciated it.

the parking situation was a bit tricky, with limited spaces directly at the hotel.

our family room sofa bed was a generous size, easily accommodating everyone. i noticed thoughtful touches, like hot chocolate and even marshmallows for the children. the room had everything we needed, it was perfect!!!

The pool facility was great, open daily with a hot tub and sauna. there's an on-site mini cinema that showed family films. We enjoyed this very much with our toddler. an outdoor play area provides good fun for children with sea views.

the breakfast had lots of choice and the staff were very kind. a soft play and games area is located right next to the restaurant. this allowed us to have a drink while keeping an eye on the little ones.

Lovely Beach Stay

awesome location lovely sofas tidy stay

i loved the awesome location. the lobby area had lovely sofas. this was great for young kids. the hotel stay was very tidy and clean always.

the receptionist i met was very rude. she was not well-trained to welcome people from varied countries and religions. i had asked her if i could check out a little later at 1 pm and her response was unnecessarily rude.

great swimming pool well trained staff parking problem air conditioning

The staff were friendly. the swimming pool was great for a relaxing swim. The jacuzzi was lovely too. the afternoon tea was amazing!!! diego was great. The staff were also knowledgeable about gluten free.

i found the lack of parking frustrating, especially during weekends. the hotel also lacks air conditioning, hot at night. during the heatwave, the room stayed at 28-29 degrees.

the breakfast was good a fine start to the day

i found the parking situation quite difficult the hotel provided too few spaces the streets nearby were full of surf vans also air conditioning was absent this made the room uncomfortably hot
